is a distinguished legal expert specializing in digital affairs, electronic media, and the convergence of new technologies. With extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, he has played a key role in shaping Poland’s policies on artificial intelligence and digital transformation. His career includes leadership roles at the National Broadcasting Council, Telewizja Polska, Television Puls, and the Polish Armaments Group, as well as advisory positions with institutions such as the European Commission, NATO, OECD, and UNESCO.

Former Plenipotentiary of the Minister of Digital Affairs, Kroplewski served in this role for eight years, contributing to strategic programming and digital diplomacy until December 2023. Despite this transition, he remains an influential voice in the field, continuing to provide legal expertise and strategic guidance on emerging digital challenges.

He is also the founder of the SAIL Stewardship AI Laboratory at Kroplewski Law Office, where he advances his work on the convergence of interconnected technologies across industry, space, defense, and maritime sectors.

COO - Marcin Ornass-Kubacki

was the President of the Management Board at Astra Central Eastern Europe, bringing extensive experience in the satellite and telecommunications industry. With a strong background in strategic management and market development, he played a key role in expanding satellite services and digital platforms across Europe. His career included leadership positions at SES, where he contributed to the growth of satellite television in Poland and the broader region. He was instrumental in breaking state television monopolies, fostering a more diverse and competitive broadcasting market.

Ornass-Kubacki was actively engaged in discussions on the future of satellite technology, addressing emerging digital trends and innovations. His expertise has left a lasting impact on the satellite communications landscape in Central and Eastern Europe.

Throughout his career, Sybren has held prominent leadership roles, particularly in SES Satellites, where he spearheaded global organizational transformations and played a key role in optimizing CRM systems and operational structures. Sybren’s career is characterized by his strategic vision and expertise in integrating technology with business processes. His work on implementing complex IT systems, such as Dynamics365 and SAP CRM, has significantly enhanced operational efficiencies and customer-facing operations at multinational companies. His leadership in driving digital transformation initiatives has led to improved profitability and streamlined global operations.

Currently, Sybren works as an independent consultant, advising organizations on best practices for commercial excellence and digital transformation, leveraging his extensive experience in both corporate finance and law to offer high-level strategic guidance. His fluency in five languages—Dutch, English, German, French, and Luxembourgish—further amplifies his ability to connect and lead in multicultural environments.
